Project Overview
Grill Dirty, based in Austin, Texas, is a BBQ grill cleaning service that has been in business for multiple years. They had a WordPress website before that wasn’t performing where it needed to. We created a new online quote form where prospective customer could request a quote, completely online, based on the type of grill they had and the condition the it was in. We also focused on creating a website with a dynamic user experience that leads the new customer in the direction that we wanted them to, giving them the information and tools they needed without requiring the owner to spend a lot of time answering questions.

We created the new Grill Dirty website with the user in mind. Instead of making the website all about the service itself, we worked on creating the site with the user's pain points in mind so they connect with it more clearly. Additionally, we wanted the site to "work" for the owner of Grill Dirty. He's busy and doesn't have time to run his business as well as answer calls all day. By setting up an online quote form, the user can get in touch with Grill Dirty quickly while also conveying all the information that the owner needs to easily send them a quote.
